These Terms of Service govern your use of lumierecharm.com and purchases from Lumière Charm, operated by BEIQUNGAO INC. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. Information you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

We work to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor visual differences. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue products where permitted by law.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after payment authorization and our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an applicable refund.

8. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Lumière Charm, not Shopify. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and approved service providers may process information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and deliver permitted marketing.
